got this for my birthday, it's cool. depending on the brightness, it can actually give off heat from the light. nice. was gonna share a video but it gets so bright the camera gets overexposed. oops.

Great EDC Light
This light is great, I carried the original E9 everyday at work for about 7 years and I only had to replace the rubber button covers before it died. This light is much brighter and I love the magnetic charging option vs having to swap batteries. Also the plastic holsters are top notch I will never use a cloth holster after carrying one of these holster, they clean easy, retain the flashlight well, and you can unholster and re-holster the light fast when needed. You can’t go wrong with this light
BADDEST FLASHLIGHT
Powertac is the best light I've ever owned. This one was bought to replace another E9R that fell out of the holster somewhere while I was driving the tractor.

Luv all my Powertach lights!
I have 4 of these E9R G4's ,a warrior 4200, M5 ,and an M6. I love all of them. I had 1 for about 4 or 5 years and started to have a problem with it, mailed it to them and shortly a new one showed up. They really do stand behind their products.

Addition to weapon mount review
I sent the picture of my original light I bought in 2010 and still use. Under the review I wrote for the weapon mount.
Love the everything about this tactical light it’s my second one for my different EDC bags .
Good brightness, however when I go to use it at times the strobe will automatically start going. Kinda of a pain. But for looking through cars it’s nice. Also bright… it’s a backup light I use for when my big light dies.
It's a very dependable light for emergencies
People that I work with and show this light to are very impressed by the durability and dependability of my light
Awesome options for the size
I still have &b use daily my original E9 before it changed to the E9R for about 10 years now. the E9R is the rechargeable & more powerful then my old E9. You just can't go wrong with Powertac, they stand behind their product.

Love these flashlights
This is my sixth flashlight from them I have the hunter, HL-10 headlamp, G4FL 4200 lumens, Tradesman M6, and now my second E9R you will not be disappointed in there products and I must say I love there warranty and customer service.
I like the tailcap button feature.
Excellent. I bought a bunch of the 2-cell AA penlights as Christmas gifts -- lots of light in a small package. Then bought a rechargeable, I think 1550 lumens, but side button; hard to find in a hurry, i.e., not "tactical." So I bought this 2550 model with the tailcap button. "This is the way." IMO, all flashlights should have the tailcap button.
