LIFETIME WARRANTY

PowerTac warrants our illumination tools to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for the lifetime of the original parts (the lifetime of the parts are specified by individual parts manufacturers). If it is determined by us to be defective, we will repair or replace your original purchase of these products, at our discretion.

The no hassle lifetime warranty does not cover modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, repair by anyone other than powertac.

Repairs

If your Powertac product has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge.Most damaged Powertac products not covered by the warranty can still be repaired. please fill out our warranty/ repair form to begin the process to get a quote to repair your powertac light.
